At Global Heat Transfer we offer a full line of Charge Air Coolers. We use a high efficiency plate and bar core in each of our new models. The benefits that our customers see are:

We increase the Fuel Economy by having a high efficiency core which drastically cools the Charged Air. This higher temperature drop results in a more complete combustion of the fuel, and your engine uses less diesel than with a normal CAC.

By welding the tank directly to the core, we eliminate the thin header plates found on OEM and many aftermarket cores. This thin header plate is the cause of the majority of the OEM failures. This is because the header heats up & warps at a different rate than the core and the tank do, due to the difference in material thickness. By welding the core directly to the tank you eliminate that issue and extend the life of the CAC.

We also offer a full thermal engineering and design team that allows us to customer build any CAC. No job is too big or too small!
