CAT Replacement Parts

Global Heat Transfer has been replacing CAT cores since we opened in October of 1978.  We’ve spent years learning what works in the design and what needs to be improved.  
 
We now proudly offer replacement: 

• Folded Cores
• AMOCS Cores
• Modular Cores

After years of study and prototypes we’ve designed our replacement cores to exceed the OEM’s in many areas.
 
Here is a list of just some of the things we’ve done to improve the product:

• Silver Soldered our tube to header joint and brazed our header to tank joint on the Folded Core Modules.  This adds significant strength to the core and improves the quality of the product
• We use a 0.028” Tube Wall.  This gives us added Strength
• Modular and AMOCS cores have soldered joints for ease of cleaning
• Double tubed corners on certain models for added strength and rigidity where you need it most
• 1 Year Warranty
